Promotion details

Purchase period: 1 August 2026 to 31 January 2027, inclusive.

Eligible purchases: This promotion applies only to new (not second-hand) qualifying CHiQ products purchased in Australia from Changhong Electric (Australia) Pty Ltd or an authorised retailer. Selected models only.

Registration: Register the product online within 30 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase: The promotional warranty is valid only with the original invoice, sales receipt or formal confirmation from Changhong Electric (Australia) Pty Ltd.

Coverage: An additional 2 years is added to the standard 3-year manufacturer’s warranty for eligible products, providing 5 years’ total coverage from the original purchase date.

Serial number: The product serial number must be present and legible. A defaced, missing or illegible serial number will void the promotional warranty.

Conditions and exclusions: The Standard Warranty Conditions, including their exclusions and limitations, continue to apply. This promotional warranty is in addition to rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.
