Possible Reason:

The drain hose might be too low.

What You Can Try:

Make sure the drain hose is positioned between 80–100cm above the ground.

Possible Reasons:

• The machine might not be balanced or sitting on an uneven floor.
• The shipping bolts may still be installed (for new machines).
• The drum could be overloaded or underloaded.

What You Can Try:

Check that the machine is on a flat surface. If it’s new, remove any shipping bolts. Also, avoid overloading or underloading the drum.

Possible Reasons:

Moisture or detergent build-up in the drum.

What You Can Try:

• Run a drum clean cycle or a hot wash with white vinegar or washing machine cleaner.
• After each use, leave the door open to let the drum dry.
• Clean the rubber door seal and detergent drawer regularly.

Possible Reasons:

• Clothes might be trapped between the door seal and drum.
• The inlet or drain hose connections could be loose.
• The detergent drawer might be overfilled or clogged.
• Rarely, internal parts like the tub or pump could be cracked.

What You Can Try:

• Make sure clothes aren’t stuck between the seal and drum.
• Tighten the hose connections and avoid overfilling the detergent drawer.
• If the leak persists, check for internal issues and contact support.

Possible Reasons:

• The machine is adjusting for load size or water temperature.
• Low water pressure or clogged inlet filters can slow it down.
• Too much detergent can cause extra rinse cycles.

• Check the water pressure and clean any clogged filters.
• Avoid using too much detergent to prevent extra rinse cycles.

Error codes can vary by model. Check your user manual or contact support if you’re unsure.

• E02: Water inflow issue – Make sure the water tap is open and the inlet pipe isn’t blocked.
• E03: Drainage issue – Clean the drain filter and check for blockages.
• H (High Temperature) – If the dryer is too hot, the door might be locked for safety. Wait 30–45 minutes for it to cool down.

• Run a drum clean cycle or a hot wash once a month.
• Wipe the door seal every week and clean the filter every few weeks.

Just simply turn it off from power point , wait for 1 minute, then turn it back on.

• If there’s water in the drum, the door will remain locked. To drain the water, run a spin cycle.
• If the drying cycle is paused or cancelled, the drum may be very hot. For safety, an “H” warning will appear and the door will stay locked. Wait 30–45 minutes for it to cool before the door can be opened.

If your CHiQ washing machine makes noise when draining water or some water remains inside, it may be due to a drain blockage. Here’s how to clean it:

• Turn off and unplug the washing machine.
• Locate the drain filter (usually at the bottom front behind a small panel).
• Place a shallow container or towel to catch any remaining water.
• Unscrew and remove the filter, clearing any lint, coins, or debris.
• Check the drain hose for kinks or blockages and remove any obstruction.
• Reassemble the filter and panel, plug in the machine, and run a short cycle to test.
